Role based learning - remove activities with booked status when activity no longer required.

When a learning activity is no longer required through role based learning, it should be removed from the development plan when the status is 'booked'.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

When someone changes roles so that an activity that has been assigned through role based learning is no longer required for them to complete, it should be obvious that the staff member is no longer required to complete it. The knowledge article says it remains on their development plan to capture any effort already invested but is no longer marked as mandatory. The fact that it remains on their development plan makes it look like it still needs to be completed. When the status of the activity is 'booked' then there has been no effort invested and so there is no need for it to remain on the development plan.
