Comments on Applicant Board Can Be Deleted and We Shouldn't Delete them

Restrict the ability to delete prior comments by permission group. For example, I shouldn't be able to delete someone else's comment unless I am a superuser.

Time out on recruitment process statuses that trigger additional forms

The benefit is that recruitment decisions are delivered accurately to the applicant. Under recruitment process statuses, those status where additional forms are set, user should be able to set a time out for these forms to be completed by.

Offer Triggered Application Status Emails Onboarding Delegate

For the application status that triggers onboarding, having the option to have that status trigger an email to the onboarding delegate would be very helpful. This would let them know that onboarding has been launched for that new hire.

Ability to send a welcome email for new starters based on start date

PageUp currently offer the ability to send a welcome email but it only is sent 1 day before the new starter begins based on the start date. It would be great to have the ability to configure when the start date is sent e.g. 1, 3,5, 7 days.

Payscale / Salary Merge field - control over merge value load/presentation

only store cent values if we load them in Payscales. have Offer card merge fields only bring in the whole dollar amounts we have loaded into Salary field

Filled Jobs allowing applicants to withdraw and edit applications

At the status of Filled there should be no ability for the applicants to edit or remove their applications.
