At the time of writing this, we have three candidate views: Manage Applications, List View and Card View. As far as I'm aware, the eventual aim is to remove Manage Applications and only have List and Card view.
The feedback from recruiters on our team, is that there is a lot of 'dead' space when in List View, which limits how many candidates you can see on one screen. Unlike on Manage Applications, where you can see 20 candidates on one screen without scrolling, you can only see 6-8 candidates on one screen (without scrolling) on List View.
My idea would be to add in personal configuration of the candidate density in List View so each recruiter can set this to their preference. Similar to how it works on Microsoft Outlook - you have the option to change the Density View between: Roomy, Cozy and Compact (see attachment for example screenshot).
Ideally this feature would be good across List and Card View.

Hi all, thank you for stressing the need for optimising information display in the Applicant Progress Board. This is under the product team's prime consideration at this time. As per our current plans, it is likely that we will work on the first leg of this work in the Jan - Mar'25 timeframe.
@PageUp - is there any chance this is being looked at soon?
With the compact view possible on recruiter dashboard, I'd like to think the technology is there to use in the Applicant Progress Board too?
This is the reason why our recruiters will not move to List View over manage applications and ideally I'd like to switch off Manage Applications because there has been such good work done on the APB.

This is such a good idea. I like the clean functionality of "list view", but manage applications is where our recruiters mainly view applications, just due to the number.
