Assigning applicants - consistency between individual assign and bulk assign

Regardless of how the Assign is done - bulk or individual - document the email in Employee History.

Page Navigation ctrl home/ctrl end

It would be very helpful if ctrl home and ctrl end worked to navigate to the top or bottom of pages. It is tiresome to have to scroll all the time.
