What business value are you trying to achieve?
Consistency of platform behaviour - platform does not record the Bulk assign but does document the individual assign - you can see the email in Employee Search Assigning applicants - consistency between individual assign and bulk assign allow us to document we did indeed advise the person who was assigned an applicant. |
