A solution for this idea is in line with a potential future direction of this product. While not on the current roadmap, this idea will be taken into account as we look to develop similar areas of the system
This would be extremely helpful. In addition, having better descriptions of where the merge field is pulling the data from would help ensure the correct merge field is selected, as well as having a preview functionality for communications using merge fields to help validate the correct merge fields were selected prior to generating actual emails to internal and external users.
Also, it will very useful if superuser can create merge field from job card or offer detail page.
No merge field available for site name in additional user communications (application status config). Here we have site address, site suburb and site state but no site name. We have over 1000 sites! Interestingly we have {JOBSITE} available in Communication Templates though. It would be better if there was some consistency here.
Agreed. Having the ability to merge fields from both the job, including recruitment process type, and the offer would drastically improve our experience with PageUp. We primarily use the emails to identify next steps and we are so limited in what fields can be included within those emails.
