Cronofy - Feature Requests

  1. Rescheduling an Interview Keeps the Old Schedule in the Calendar:

    • Issue: When an interview is rescheduled, the original time slot remains on the calendar, leading to potential confusion and double bookings.

    • Suggestion: Implement a feature that automatically removes the old schedule from the calendar once a new time is confirmed. This update will help prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure clarity in both the recruiter’s and the candidate’s calendars.

  2. Automatic Inclusion of Candidate Name in the Subject Line:

    • Issue: The candidate's name does not automatically populate at the top of the subject line of meeting invites, requiring manual entry.

    • Suggestion: Automate the process so that the candidate’s name is automatically added to the top of the subject line in the meeting invitation. This change will save time, reduce manual errors, and ensure consistency in communication.

  3. Automatic Attachment of Files Upon Invite Acceptance:

    • Issue: Currently, there is no functionality to automatically attach necessary files once the candidate accepts the meeting invite.

    • Suggestion: Explore the possibility of an automated system that includes relevant attachments (e.g., interview agenda, instructions, or additional resources) in the meeting invitation once the candidate confirms their attendance. This would streamline the preparation process for both the candidate and the interviewers.

  4. Attaching Candidate Resumes to Meeting Invites:

    • Issue: Recruiters and interviewers need to manually attach candidate resumes to meeting invites, which can be time-consuming.

    • Suggestion: Introduce a feature allowing the automatic attachment of the candidate’s resume to the meeting invitation. This addition will ensure that all necessary documents are easily accessible to interviewers before the meeting, improving preparation and overall interview efficiency.
