compact mode for job approvals

With the change in the user interface on the job approval page, it has become hard read and to view jobs at a glance due to the change in spacing. Recommend allowing an option to view in compact mode to reducing the spacing between jobs so more jobs can be viewed at a glance.

    The different coloured (light/dark) lines also cause a lot of visual noise compared to the compact version contributing to the difficulty of use.
