Ability to export date fields on excel reports

Setting to nominate a preferred format for date fields. In most cases we only need date, not date/time.

Website analytics on the system - track access by users

If we have an idea of how many people click into our Learning library, vs those who actually use it, we might be able to tailor our communications accordingly so more people are aware of what they can learn within the Learning Library.

More than 1 HR Contact Needed

It would be very useful if more than 1 HR contact could access a job req. If I am out or just need back-up help, no one else on my team can access a req unless our recruiter goes into the req and changes the name. Then it has to be changed back. D...
