Daily Digest of Notifications

One of our hiring managers asked if they could receive a daily summary of new applicants that have applied, rather than a communication for each person. Some of them are on multiple jobs and would be receiving many notifications.

Application status - Applications should sit in this status for no more than - for normal bubble users

Please find a way for hiring manager users (Hiring Manager dashboard) to see the alerts for applicants who have been sitting in a status for no more than a given number of days. Consistency with recruiter task dashboard outcome of this setting.
