Ability to record calibrators' feedback in succession plan and include uploads.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Typically, during talent review/9-box calibration, I record the calibrators' feedback on what development areas are required for successors. This information is located in the comments section of the employee talent review rather than the succession plan, which also does not allow for uploads.
