Bulk Compile max file size

Increase Max File Size - at the moment for Bulk Compile it is 5mb, however elsewhere it is 200MB - this is causing issues using the Bulk Compile & Send functionality.

Add Pashto to profile language options

UNICEF has requested that Pashto be added to the language profile question options. The value of this language addition is that it is that Pashto is the official language of Afghanistan and also widely spoken in Pakistan.

Job Card Side Menu - hide/show option

This helps users when they are logged into PageUp on their laptop. By hiding the side menu it broadens the Job Card display, to save scrolling right and left constantly to view the fields and information.
