Working for a larger organisation across three monitor screens, it is extremely useful when searching for an applicant and the new window popping automatically with out having to select the new window every single time.
As we are a fast-moving company working across multiple roles and candidates. We understand this may not be the case for all companies; We would like to have a personal user preference to have the option to utilize the platform in a more personal appraoch - for example how you can change the colour or you background ect.

Hi,
The new search experience has a toggle that allows for all links to be opened in a new window. This functionality was built to be remembered by the browser, and as such their choice would remain default to the user as they continue throughout the system.
Unfortunately there is currently an issue where it will only remember if the functionality has been turned off. A remedy for this has been built, and should be released to production early next week.
