Track Job Communications between Hiring Manager and Recruiter

Allow communication templates to be used and tracked on the jobs...for history and good notes for resiliency for staff that may be called in to assist when the assigned recruiter is not available.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Recruiters wanted to track standard communications that we send to hiring managers throughout the hiring process. They have templates that they use. The templates can only be accessed through the e-mail link on the Hiring Manager's employee card. This communication should also track on the specific job requisition.

As a work around, we use the "Job Note" feature, but we have to store templates out of the system, and the subject of the email sent to the hiring manager cannot be modified from "Job Note Added"
