What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Often the position that the applicant is being hired into can have an impact on downstream onboarding requirements, and on requisitions containing multiple positions, this can be confusing and troublesome for hiring managers trying to piece together who was hired into which position. We want to avoid having to manually advise the hiring manager or asking them to step into the job card to seek out the position number. |
