Add files and layers to the communication centre where when you choose communicate and go to pick a template you can click on the folder category and see the list of templates in that category. It would be great to have the option to have multiple layers or folders for example:
Recruitment > Interviews > (List of templates in this category)
Performance > Performance Reviews Trigger (List of templates in this category)
Automated system templates

What business value are you trying to achieve?
The communication centre which holds all the templates is cluttered. This also means the list when the Recruitment team chooses a template to send can be very long and difficult to manage/select. If you want to currently manage your list to show the most used at the top you can only do this by numbering templates within the comms centre (lowest number at the top) A cleaner and more concise list of templates for access with ease for access. |
