Searching for communication templates with keywords

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
It would be great if we could just enter a keyword in the search box for the title of a communication template. If you don't know it exactly as it appears, or that you can use percentage signs, it is not very user friendly.

    After careful investigating into this scenario, we have identified that it currently works as expected. Please let us know if you are still having issues with entering partial text into the communication template search boxes.
