If an additional form is assigned to a status, it should trigger from the shortlist view, just like it would from any other place in the system.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
The shortlist allows us to guide the Hiring Managers thru our process, which decreases the likelihood that a step is missed. Existing functionality (additional forms tied to a status) in the system is not triggered thru the Hiring Manager Shortlist. Because of this, the shortlist view (counterproductively) skips steps of the process. |

The Applicant Progress Board has loads of advantages, one of which is when you filter by Shortlisted Applicants, when you drag and drop the applicant tile into a new Applicaiton status, if that status has an Addiitonal information form attached then this is sent to the Applicant.
