List View Display add more details about their location

On the list view display fields permission, add state. We can see what city they are in, but if we are not familiar with it, it has no meaning. We would need to know the state as well. (I'm in the U.S - so this may not be available because of the many countries you have clients in).

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Better knowing where our candidates are and if they would be able to relocate based on job.
