I do recommend letting the User know there are incompletes present
A solution for this idea is in line with a potential future direction of this product. While not on the current roadmap, this idea will be taken into account as we look to develop similar areas of the system
I agree they should not be counted. Incomplete applications are not visible for our hiring managers, and yet they will see the number and think that there is an error.
The count should go down as incomplete applications are deleted
recommend keeping them in the count - allows you to know the level of interest
