Add column to Superuser view - Split applications column into 2, complete and incomplete counts

Split the applications column count into a completed apps column and an incomplete apps column.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Easier to see at first glance how many real applications are being considered.

    I am a superuser, so I see all jobs listed in the manage jobs screen (I don't really know what you call the screens, its what you see when you click Jobs in the top menu bar). It would be very beneficial to me (and other superusers) to be able to look at the job list, and see quickly, out of all of our jobs that are actively recruiting, how many have complete applications and how many have incomplete applications. When I'm on the phone with a hiring manager, and have not clicked to view applications, I may say "well, you have 20 applications" when in reality, only 11 have a complete application. I am seeing them all, and need to, but they are only seeing completed ones. So, on the manage jobs list, the column that shows the applications, really needs to be split into two, complete and incomplete.
