Using Communication Templates to Hiring Managers & Panel Members

When clicking on the Hiring Manager name on the Job Card and selecting the mail icon we need to be able to access the drop down list for the Communication Templates. That way it would be attached to the Job Card history etc and we also have access to the approved list in the Comms library/templates.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

When the Talent Acquisition Advisor or the Talent Acquisition Officer is wishing to communicate with either the Hiring Manager and/or the Panel Member/s during an recruitment activity whilst not moving a candidate Application Status then we need to be able to send approved comms from the Communication Templates library and have this action/comm recorded against the job.


We are currently using the Notes Tab Feature to send adhoc comms to other users, however this is not ideal.

    have you tried clicking on I for information button, see the Users, click on the name and then the email address to access the Comms template from there?

    As notes does not allow us to use templates we are not able to send consistent messages across our team to hiring managers
