Scalability of communication templates and forms

As we have different needs and different recruitment teams in each country, it is important that we have our own comms templates and forms.

Currently the only way for us to separate out these templates and forms is to put a country prefix before the name of the template/form. When we have over 300 templates and over 250 forms globally, you can imagine how much scrolling that can mean to find the right template/form.

Eg:

AUS - Phone Interview Invite

CAN - Unsuccessful CV

UK - HR Check

US - Application received


My idea is that we connect the comms templates / forms through a Recruitment Process.

When we create a comms template for example, we could choose which recruitment process we want this to fall under, then when selecting the template to send to a candidate, we could have the first drop down to choose which Recruitment Process we want to select, then it would only show the relevant options. Same process for Forms.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Global scalability as our business grows. Once we have more PageUp users in our global teams, the amount of communication templates and forms are going to grow a huge amount. We would like to find a way to separate our communication templates and forms by country.
