Action Required Notificaion

Send a email to not just applicant but the hiring department when the applicant has not submitted or completed all items needed to complete the final step for onboarding.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

There should be an email notification to all parties even the hiring department when there is an action required by the applicant that has not yet been completed.
