We would like all users of the progress board (hiring managers included) to be able to release a form to the candidate profile when moving the candidate to a particular status. Currently, an email can be generated when a user of the progress board moves a candidate to a certain status, but not a form.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
When our hiring managers move candidates to a certain status, we would like a form to be released to the candidate profile and an associated email notification letting the candidate know to complete the form in their profile. Currently, only users (recruiters) using the recruiter dashboard allow forms to be released when a candidate is moved to a different status. Only an email is sent to the candidate when a hiring manager moves the candidate to a different status (not the form). We collect additional information via a form for candidates who are in a certain status. |
