Improve the quality/integrity of data entered into job and offer cards

What business value are you trying to achieve?
At the present time Fields cannot be made conditional on the Job or Offer cards. It would be very helpful to enable both of the above to improve both recruiter efficiency and the effectiveness of recruitment data going to payroll. For example If a job is permanent we need the end date field to dissappear or be greyed out. Another example is to prevent a recruiter entering a text string into a field on the offer card that is only meant for a position number.
