We export new hire data from PageUp to our ERP (Banner). We would like to add field validation to certain fields in the job card and offer card to be able to set restrictions to character length and character type (i.e. all numbers, or all letters) similar to what is used in the PageUp forms area. An example is Job Title. Our ERP has a 60 character limit for Job Title and we would like to add the same validation to the PageUp offer card where this information is pulled from in our export. Our current process requires us to manually count the characters in the Job Title field before final approval. Adding this validation would help eliminate errors.

we would also like to add in a validation to incorporate the hourly rate that we capture on the offer card. It would be nice to have it be able to validate minimum hourly rates.
Yes - date validation. make it so you can't close/cancel and set a date before actual actions e.g. not before sourcing closes or job approved.
employment - must be positive - can't end em before you start em
