Delaying unsuccessful emails after automatic ineligible status

If a candidates answers a question on the application form that marks them as ineligible, instead of automatically sending through a message and unsuccessful email - to instead delay that email by 24 hours (as an example).

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

I want to be able to delay the unsuccessful messages/emails that come through once a candidate is marked as "Ineligible".

Thank you for your submission. PageUp is fully capable of sending soft ineligibility through application status move that allows you to delay email. Have a read at this KP article.
