Make all fields available on Offer Card

Allow all fields (e.g. sTALargeOther, sOther11+, etc.) to be availble for selection on the Offer Card. This would optomize the configuration options and allow for unexpected changes from a clients Job Card to align to the Offer Card.

Display the user updating the Offer Status instead of the recruiter under the applicant's history

Track the name of the user initiating the offer and updating the offer status or leave blank if the update is generated by the system, as the system does with other updates.

Allow greater control over the available displayed fields in the I for Information button and reduce the need to actually open the requisition. Currently some items are hard coded like User/Owner - let the job card language settings flow over here...

Ability to remove link to additional information form

Superuser has the ability to be able to delete the action which triggers the form.

On initial application - Validate Applicant Name (E.g. A-Z only; or 30 chars max) [To improve integrations with other systems]

On the new-starter form, the ability to do validation is hugely useful. This means we can easily send data to our other systems knowing the send will work. As an improvement idea, it would be fantastic if initial forms allowed the same validation....

Merge field Date format

Please revise the merge field for start date to the format: month day, year or allow customer to choose format they prefer. Right now, it is day, month year.

Time out on recruitment process statuses that trigger additional forms

The benefit is that recruitment decisions are delivered accurately to the applicant. Under recruitment process statuses, those status where additional forms are set, user should be able to set a time out for these forms to be completed by.
