Adding applicants to jobs that are not approved

Update the add applicant rules to ensure applicants can only be added to vacancies that have gone through and completed approval process.

exception - Campaign job card which does nit have an approval process.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Prevent Users from applying applicants (and doing offers) for jobs that have not been approved. Rule is already in place preventing adding applicants to Non Current jobs

    Thank you for the feedback Mark. This isn't an enhancement we intend to do as the system is designed to allow recruiters to start pipelining as soon as they know there is a requisition coming down the line. While this may not suit your particular environment it's important that we limit the amount of configuration complexity for these types of nuances.
