Instead of having to archive the current approvals process and create a brand new one each time, give us the option to just edit (remove) an approver slot.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Updating an approvals process for PD/Job Card/Offer Card more easily. Simply remove an approver slot instead of having to archive and create a brand new approvals process each time a change needs to be made. I have to update 40 approvals processes because a department is no longer responsible for approving Job Cards or Offer Cards, which means archiving and creating them all new, because I have to remove one approver slot. This is a time consuming process. |
been a long term issue - the ability to edit the number of approval steps still outstanding
current workaround - ask someone to approve it twice
