Additional column in Manage bulk processes in Performance

Learning - Manually assigning mandatory courses with a timeslot should have a due date option

I would love to manually assign where they have to pick a date on a learning activity with a timeslot and/or when assigning a timeslot, I need to be able to add a due date in case they miss that selection.

Allow help text in section types for each review process to be different

Section types should allow you to have different help text for each review process so that all content is within the system and additional emails are not needed.

Allow managers to move performance reviews to the next stage (i.e. from performance planning to ongoing conversations).

Currently an employee must move through each stage of the performance plan and both the employee and manager have to approve before the plan can move into the next stage. It would be better if the manager was able to move the plan to the next stag...
