    The second form called pre-employment information required from candidates does not have an option for the references to be mandatory - we only want to make it mandatory on this form not the initial application form.

    Manual movement to Interview declined or an unsuccessful status - remove any outstanding interview event from the applicants home screen for that job. This would also prevent them from booking an interview they said they were not going to attend
