Make permissions effective in all areas of the recruitment system. ensure that the security boundaries defined in permissions have no loop holes that allow for functioning outside the parameters that have be set by the Administrators for a reason....

    Ability to print an attendance sheet from the attendee list

    Have a button on the attendees page that will produce a printable, Word or Excel, list of booked attendees that can be used as an attendance/sign in sheet.

    Increase merge field functionality/options in Provisioning

    Have more merge fields available in provisioning, including Generic Lists, site address etc. Essentially have merge fields that are available in other communications, available in provisioning

    Supervisor able to email PD to employee for review

    currently we seem to have to print out the PD to discuss with the employee and get feedback, which is counter to the "paperless office" idea behind the system. The employee would have to be able to make comments separately from the body of the PD
