Ability to print an attendance sheet from the attendee list

Have a button on the attendees page that will produce a printable, Word or Excel, list of booked attendees that can be used as an attendance/sign in sheet.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

For our face to face learning activities we print out attendance sheets for employees to sign so that we have an accurate record of attendance. Currently we have to run a report from PageUp and manipulate the spreadsheet into an attendance sheet.

    Hi John

The report we're currently using is a Learning attendance one that we've created ourselves but we have to filter out those who have cancelled/withdrawn and because of the delay between changes to data and that showing up in a report, the report is not reliable (e.g we get last minute cancellations for a learning event but they still appear in the report due to the significant delay for changes to flow through to reporting). My suggestion is not a report (more an export function) so that there is a button on the attendees page that you click and it just produces a list of the names of the booked attendees. We can then print that, take it to the training room and have the attendees sign beside their name.

    Hi Tammie,

Thank you for your idea. Could you please tell us which report you were running and what manipulations you are making to the spreadsheet mentioned in your business case? This will help us gain a better understanding of your pain area, which will enable us to assess this idea more effectively.

    Thank you,

    John Lorenzo
