    Supporting application document tie to application documents

    As a super user you can add supporting application documents and they is not validation to the application documents.

    Employer Name search on External Application is Cumbersome to Applicants

    The Employer Name field on the application should allow applicants to enter the name instead of using the binoculars to search. The applicant should not have to click on three to four links to enable the field to appear to enter employer name.

    A standalone permission for the approve/deny button on the jobs and offer card

    A standalone permission for the approve/deny button on the jobs and offer card. At this time only those that are able to approve can select approvers including themselves.

    Search Committee Member Functionality to review comment history

    It would be nice to have the ability to show my comments provided for an applicant for a previous application step review. This can be something that is permissionable and that can be displayed as needed to be reviewed by the search committee user.

    Purge or auto-deletion of employee profile records

    Data deletion rules can be applied to Applicant records, but not (ex)Employee records. No option to purge? Archive only. Significant data risk and not conformant to enterprise retention policies as a third party vendor can hold unnecessary data.

    Assistant Recruiter and Recruiter

    In system if Recruiter is away or on vacation then can assigned that same job task to Assistant Recruiter as cover up. It will be very useful for big organization managers to handle job task without worries if assigned Recruiter is away.
