Archived forms cannot be viewed. Archiving takes them out of the pending queue to indicate they have been processed. These forms need to be viewed from time to time. It would be great if this was available as view only to access in the archive.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Streamline our work to one place. I have to unarchive the form or I have to go outside the system to personnel files to view the documents which is time consuming. |
