Make permissions effective in all areas of the recruitment system. ensure that the security boundaries defined in permissions have no loop holes that allow for functioning outside the parameters that have be set by the Administrators for a reason....
FEATURED Sourcing - block ability to source if job is non current (Closed/Cancelled)
Prevent sourcing to added to a closed/cancelled job. provide a prompt for the user to reopen the job / remove date filled

Task on Requisitions

Allow for Task to be sent for a Requisition and saved in the notes section of the req.

On Payscale page, when an item is archived, stay on the same page

When archiving an item on the Pay Scale pages, if the data row archived is NOT on the first page, then the page should not automatically jump back to display the first page. it should stay on the page that the archived item was on.

If a field is available in Admin "Employee Search" it should also be available in Learning "Search for an Employee"

Interview outcome wording flexibility

The ability to change the wording on an interview guide from pass/fail to successful/unsuccessful. Fail is quite a harsh term and unsuccessful is a little softer while still communicating the outcome of the interview.

Enable calculated fields for Offer card

Enable the functionality to have calculated fields. We would like to have a calculated field that determines the probation end date based on the start date and contract type.

Super User access to review who submitted a Reference Check

Provide Super Users access to have the security to review who submitted the reference request. Currently, only the PageUp Technical Team has access to review this data.

Recruiter and job status read-only setting

Allow some users (non-recruiters) to have read-only view to the recruiter and job status on the job card. Also allow the Hiring Manager Jobs list view to include the recruiter as a column.

User Management - System should remove position info when user is archived

When a user is archived either manually by a SuperUser or by a PageUp delivered User File the system should remove the Position information from their profile to avoid errors on future requisitions (jobs).
