Make the job number a merge field

It would be useful to reference the job number in our job postings, especially when they get scraped by job boards.

Job Status is Cancelled - should be able to archive not show in Non-Current Recruitment

If the standard system status of statusARCHIVE is assigned to a job status then it should truly archive requisitions so they are no longer visible on the hiring manager dashboard under Non-Current Recruitment.
