Currently there is the option to hide answers and while this hides the responses to questions to recruiters and those involved in the recruitment process, the information is still accessible and identifiable via enhanced reporting and by PageUp. It would be great to have an option to make the answers non identifiable so that only aggregated data can be obtained. This will ensure sensitive information being captured is truly non identifiable.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We would like the ability to capture diversity and inclusion data about our candidates however with the current solution if we were to capture it on our application forms it can be identifiable. We would like to have the ability to ensure certain applicant responses are non identifiable for both ourselves (customer) and the vendor (PageUp). |
