Revision History items - show indication that Sourcing has been created/modified

Please consider a date stamp that Sourcing has been applied/edited to be recorded in History/Revision History - or at least History. No details - just who and when we then know to look in Audit Log to review what sourcing was done

In search, the gender is not a profile search criteria. Please add that search criteria for HR as well as Hiring managers, since reaching gender balance is an objective.

Make Sonru comments available to Recruiters

It would be good to have the comments visible in the History tab of the applicant profile preferably included in the Video Interview item as that's where the Sonru scoring is visible.

More pay scale fields to allow configuration for complicated salary schedule

Use a key Payscale ID to tie together multiple fields that would allow the system to record the min, middle and max salary point for each classification, by pay grade and by pay step.
