Please consider a date stamp that Sourcing has been applied/edited to be recorded in History/Revision History - or at least History.
No details - just who and when
we then know to look in Audit Log to review what sourcing was done

What business value are you trying to achieve?
identifying who added/edited sourcing is not obvious in revision history - only position info is tracked I appreciate that Audit Log Tracking does provide detailed information but knowing that Sourcing has been touched would then prompt me to look in Audit log |
