PD Number Search Field Mismatch with PD Number Descriptor Field

Make the PD number search field match PD number display field.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

End users are attempting to search for a PD by searching for the value that is displayed as "PD-XXX". However, when you use the search field it does not include the "PD" alpha value, you only search by "XXX" numerical value.
