Enable Auto Population of Talent Pools via Application Forms

Currently application forms allow categories to be assigned based on responses, however this excludes categories in the 'Talent Pool' grouping. Could Talent Pools be included in the categories which can be assigned automatically on the application...

Bounce messages seen by applicant

If an applicant has seen a message - show the content of what was seen - update the Bounced email to show the text that is actually "Not Bounced" as the applicant actually ended up seeing it clear bounce flag as well
