What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
There needs to be an easier way for applicants outside Australia to enter their employer name. There are too many steps to enter an employer when they are not found in the database. Applicants should not have to search for a name prior to being able to just freeform enter it.

    Most individuals skip this field. It is a known trend that these days, more and more individuals have been self-employed, or have worked for a very small business, making the likelihood of their past employer being on a pre-populated list unlikely.
