Save a custom colour palette into reporting & analytics

It would be great to be able to save our custom colour palette for future use so we no longer have to create it every time we have to report. It's such a simple idea but would save me so much time when running reports out of the analytics page.

Rates Calculator - Ability to have basic logic would allow more people use it

Remove the ability to mark performance objectives as complete in a review

If you can mark something as complete, perhaps you should also have an indicator to capture % complete on an ongoing basis. You should be able to track progress and quality of performance. Or just quality of performance.

Date Of Birth - include at initial New Applicant entry

Adds to productivity. It can't be mandatory - sometimes you will not have this information, but it needs to be optional to save time

New users creation who login via SSO not require to set password
