Bulk Export to open in Excel

Why cant the bulk export open in excel that way Hiring Managers and recruiters can have the same flexibility. At the moment this action opens a task which excludes Hiring Managers.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Our recruiters and Hiring Managers are used to having applications in different formats. This makes it easier for us to be able to see their Background check numbers/s and other information.

    For selection panel members outside of PageUp (eg outside the institution) the inability to export to Excel cripples their ability to participate.
    The PDF export is useful, but when you have hundreds of pages to sift through, it becomes inefficient.

    In 2022, is there really no simple "Export to Excel" functionality for an applicant listing without asking a SuperUser? Totally crazy.

    yes - the ability to Bulk export to XLSX/XLS just like you can bulk compile and have the output appear in the equivalent download and or send windows as bulk compile instead of becoming a bulk task on the dashboard that normal users cannot access. I have had to permission this out as normal users cannot reach it
