In order for those conducting live classes, it would be beneficial for the instructor if the registration ended at a set period before the beginning of the class so they could have materials prepared or links sent out in a reasonable time.
Ideally this would be able to be set up while setting up the event date.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Instructors need to be able to close course registrations prior to the start time of the course. This is causing serious hardship for Zoom classes since the link must be communicated prior to the session. Also for when resuming in-person classes, we have enough materials. Manual inactivation of the timeslot is the current long workaround. |
