Automatically setup courses to archive / disappear off library view

When courses have booking schedule activated but only one active course offered. Post date of delivery have the course auto archive from either

  • employees library but remain active in admins

  • archive all together if pre-selected

This would then give the users a clear current view in the library of courses on offer or what is upcoming rather than scrolling through old courses.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Streamline administrative tasks required to make the LMS administrative. As well as make the library be user friendly and interactice in real time.
