Approval process delegation when on leave
What business value are you trying to achieve?
I would like the option for users who are in an approval process to be able to delegate their approvals to another user when they are on leave. For example, at the moment I have to edit all of our job approval processes when our CEO goes on leave and change the user to the person who will be back filling the role. I would like the option of saying the particular user is on leave and redirect all approvals to XX user

Agreed. This option is very much needed and/or the ability to allow multiple approvers so this temporary delegation does not need to be set-up.
Agree this is required, it is a very manual process to amend when approvers are on leave.

Voting for delegation in general. A VP should be able to delegate authority to an Executive Assistant or other supoort role.
More globally, we would look for the approval process to include multiple people (i.e. the primary and a back-up). Our processes have multiple approvers and we have forced people to try to use one user, but it has been difficult. Then, if another user needs to approve on behalf of the primary users, it is 10 steps for them to edit the workflow and approve it!
Approval out of office function - delegate during a window in time
email Users of the requisition that the current approver has an out off office enabled in email - send them the Approvers out of office actual email. the platform picks that up as a job approval bounce
It would be great if you were able to delegate all authority; jobs/candidates/offers etc to a particular person.
Under view profile if our users were able to do this, we would not need to use shared accounts (Which is our current workaround).
